Is a deposit required at check-in?

Upon check-in, a pre-authorisation will be taken on the guest’s valid credit or debit card (€100 per room, per night). This is not a charge, but a temporary hold to guarantee the stay and cover any incidental charges. The amount held will be released by the bank shortly after check-out, subject to their processing times.

What payment methods are accepted?

Accepted cards: Visa, Diners Club, Mastercard, Maestro, and American Express.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in time is at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00.

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and an additional charge.

Yes, the hotel features a fitness room on level -1, open 24/7. It is equipped with a treadmill, elliptical machine, multifunctional full-body machine, exercise bike, fitness mats, and dumbbells.

Are pets allowed in the hotel?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed, as we must respect the allergies of some of our guests and staff.

Are baby cots or extra beds available?

Baby cots for infants under 3 years old are available free of charge upon request. Extra beds are also available upon request, subject to availability. Please inform us of your requirements when making your reservation.

Each room is equipped with controlled air conditioning, an in-room safe, bathroom amenities, coffee and tea facilities, a mini fridge, LCD satellite TV, and a hairdryer. Suites and upgraded rooms may offer additional amenities.

Please do not throw paper in the toilet. You may notice signs in bathrooms across the city requesting this. Athens is an ancient city, and its sewage system is quite old, so this is an important guideline to follow.
